Ragging is strictly banned in our institution in compliance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in SLP(C) No. 24295/2004 and communicated by UPTU and UGC, which is as follows.
”In every prospectus related to admission of the students in any educational institutions, it shall be clearly stated that if any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him from the institution.” |
